The shipping cost IS $6.00. including all applicable taxes.  THE SHIPPING COST TO THE U.S.A. IS $12.00  IF YOUR ORDER IS UNDER $125.00 CAN. YOU MUST ADD SHIPPING TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT.  IF THIS IS NOT DONE, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, AND YOU WILL NOT GET NOTIFICATION TO THIS.  YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-ORDER.

SHIPPING LINKS ON THE MENU ARE PROVIDED IF YOU HAVE NOT INCLUDED THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING TO YOUR ORDER.  YOU MAY GO BACK AN ADD THIS AS AN ITEM, WITHOUT ADDING DIRECT INTO YOUR SHIPPING CART.  FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY APPLIED TO ORDERS OF $125.00 CDN AND ABOVE.  

Delivery Times

delivery times do vary, and are not included for weekends.  WE WILL SEND YOU THE TRACKING INFORMATION SO YOU ARE BETTER ABLE TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR PACKAGE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

WE SUGGEST GETTING A NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED STICKER, SO THE PARCEL MAYBE DROPPED EVEN WHEN NO ONE HOME.  THIS SHOULD REQUIRE A SAFE AREA, IE INSIDE GARAGE, OR PORCH ETC.

TYPICAL SHIPPING IS FROM 2-3 DAYS FROM ORDER COMPLETION ON OUR END.

Order Fulfillment

We operate Monday thru Friday.  ORDERS ARE TAKEN ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.  IF WE DO NOT HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS IN STOCK, WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF THIS, AN MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AS NECESSARY.  

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE WITH A SIMILAR PRODUCT OR EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

Backorders

If an item ordered is out of stock FOR ANY REASON,  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE WITH A SIMILAR PRODUCT OR EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.  a customer service representative SHALL be in touch with you by email to provide a few options. We may suggest a similar in stock item as a substitute, backorder the item so we can ship it as soon as it is back in stock, or short the item from the order, refund the cost and ship the rest of the order.

We are usually unable to estimate when a backordered item will be available. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we have no control or knowledge of the manufacturing schedule. When we run out of something, we order more from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has the item in stock, the wait is TYPICALLY less than two weeks. If the manufacturer is out of stock.
